Trish
Trish has over 10 years’ experience in the property market and her true passion lies in property staging and styling. Having personally renovated her own previous properties, she has a remarkable talent for transforming tired and outdated spaces into beautiful, inviting family homes. As she says herself, “when I’m staging, I’m in my happy place”.

Whether you’re staging your property to sell or simply want to fall back in love with where you live, Trish will make a difference that you will feel and one that will lead to a higher property value.
What’s your favourite home interior style?
I love a minimalist look not just for design, but for the calming atmosphere it creates. I’m always drawn to whites and neutral colours with smooth and solid finishes like glass, wood and stone.
What’s your best home storage hack?
I like a tidy home – clutter is my nemesis! I love ottomans and wicker baskets – they look great and hide toys and the like.
Have you got any secret talents?
Yes, I’m excellent at cutting in by hand! It makes painting a room much quicker.​​

Chantelle has built a reputation for combining style with strategy to ensure every property makes a lasting impression.

What’s the best thing about working in the North East?
The people! There’s such a warm, down-to-earth community spirit here, and I love how proud everyone is of where they come from. Plus, the mix of coastlines, countryside, and city life makes it such a unique and inspiring place to work.
Have you got any secret talents?
I’m a hidden organiser – I love finding order in chaos, whether that’s rethinking a cluttered space or reorganising a whole room.
What would your dream house look like?
My dream home would blend modern elegance with cosy comfort – big windows for natural light, open-plan living spaces, and a touch of character with exposed beams or brick.
Meghan
With a valuable background in Aberdeen city and shire property lettings, Meghan has excellent insight into the full rental journey. Her meticulous inventories and property inspections offer protection and peace of mind for our clients.
Meghan oversees many of the landlord and tenant operations of EPIC Property Services and thrives to ensure each client enjoys a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish.

What would you dream house be look?
It would be rustic yet modern – with heaps of storage everywhere!
What’s the best thing about working in the North East?
The diversity of properties! Whether in the city or shire, I can go from a new build with its sleek mod-cons to a traditional granite home complete with original features like cornicing and fireplaces. It’s one of my favourite things about my job here!

My parallel parking is second to none!
