​We love nothing more than bring a property back to life and maximising its potential! After years as a rental property, the landlord was ready to sell on the open market. In this one-bedroom city centre flat, we handled each detail from the major renovations to the final touches.

Here’s how we gave this home its makeover:

• From top-to-bottom, we executed a full refurbishment with a new bathroom and kitchen alongside new flooring and lighting throughout

• As well as sprucing up the interiors, the communal front door was painted, the stairwell cleaned and the garden tidied

• EPIC then decorated throughout and provided the furniture and soft furnishings to create a homely feel, allowing potential buyers to effortlessly visualise themselves living comfortably in the space

The property was in true move-in-ready condition and alongside the staging and styling which allowed buyers to connect emotionally and practically.
