We’re hiring! We're looking for a part-time Property Inventory Clerk to join the team.

EPIC Property Services is a growing Aberdeen business operating across property compliance, staging, cleaning, and maintenance. We're looking for a Property Inventory Clerk to join us at our Rosemount Place office.
The role
4–5 days per week (to be agreed at interview, flexibility available); Occasional evening or weekend work depending on tenancy schedules
You will be responsible for recording the condition of properties at the start and end of tenancies, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with industry standards. You will also be responsible for mid-tenancy inspection checks as required.
